Central Iowa Water Association is a private, not-for-profit corporation which provides water and/or wastewater service to rural member-customers and small communities throughout central and northeast Iowa who are in need of a reliable supply of water and/or wastewater services.	To provide quality, reliable water and other appropriate services to improve the quality of life of our members and enhance rural economic development.
