Online Account Information

With the online account information option, all member-customers will be able to view their last reported meter reading and recent payment information as well as payment history for the past 12 months.

All you need for this option is your 11-digit account number. You may have seen your account number shown as 1-79-37-1. To view your account status online, you will need to enter your account number as 01007937001.

E-Pay Enrollment

After Hours Customer Service
CIWA provides service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After normal business hours, calls will be taken by CIWA's answering service. When calling, please provide the name on account, account number, property address or location, and phone number available for our customer service representative to return your call.

  • Non-emergency messages such as broken remotes will be responded to by office staff the next business day.
  • Emergency situations such as a water main leak or water outage will be responded to by CIWA's on-call personnel immediately.
